Here are just some of the classes we offer:

Reformer – move you’re spine; The Pilates Reformer is a machine, using springs to add resistance to exercises. This increases the impact of the exercise to all users. The Pilates Reformer is especially helpful for first-time Pilates users or injured clients requiring extra support to spine. Max two people per class.

Improvers – clients who have already completed a beginner’s mat-work course.

Improver’s circle & ball fusion – mat-work exercises performed with Ball and Pilates Circle.

Beginner’s matwork – total beginners to pilates. All exercises performed on the mat.

Pilates on the ball (Mixed)- Pilates moves on the ball , extra challenging class. Mixed abilities (improvers & intermediate)

Pilates Another level! For the experienced Pilates user, advanced exercises, hooked on Pilates this is the class for you!

Male Pilates ; Male only class, beginners Pilates Matwork.

Motherwell Pilates; Post natal pilates, “buggie fit”, for new mums. Bring your baby along to class. Max of 4 mums & babies (age 3-18months).
