Pilates is a series of exercises designed to bring the mind and body in harmony. Joseph Pilates developed this unique form of training in the early 1920s.

This is a unique form of exercise drawing power form the centre (abdominal area) enabling the extensions i.e. arms and legs to more freely. Thus freeing the body from injury and increasing energy along with increased tone.
